About Doron Paloma
The Architect
Doron Hakimian, president and chief designer of Doves by Doron Paloma, was always a jewelry enthusiast. Although he grew up in a family of precious gem stone manufacturers, he decided to pursue his other passion, architecture. He received his architecture degree, and several awards in the field, including the prestigious American Institute of Architects design award. Doron discovered his hidden talent for creating beautiful jewelry when he spent a summer sketching pieces for his family business. His incredible gift for drawing, along with his architect’s eye, proved to be a winning combination for creating beautiful jewelry.
The Jewelry
Every Doves piece begins with a pencil and a sketch board. As a designer, Doron combines 18 karat gold, diamonds and precious gemstones to create unique treasures His attention to detail produces dramatic creations, yet it’s his unrelenting pursuit of perfection that sets his designs apart from the pack.

In the past several years, Doves by Doron Paloma’s trend-setting designs have garnered celebrity attention and worldwide press. Doron has made exclusive designs for First Lady Michelle Obama, Jennifer Lopez, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, among others.
